Cancel anytime

There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel your Contrqtr subscription at any time, and you won’t be charged again after you do.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account settings, or email support@contrqtr.com from the address on your account and we’ll take care of it for you.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops all future billing. Your account stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, so you keep access until then. We don’t delete your data the moment you cancel — if you come back later, your account and history are usually still there.

Cancelling during the free trial

If you’re still in your 14-day free trial, cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged at all.
