Refund & dispute policy

What this covers

This policy covers your Contrqtr subscription — the monthly fee you pay us to use the software. It does not cover invoices you send to your own customers; those are between you and them.

Returns

Contrqtr is a software subscription. We don’t sell or ship physical goods, so there is nothing to return.

Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required to start. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Contrqtr is right for you before you pay anything.

Refunds

You can cancel at any time and you won’t be billed again. Because you can try Contrqtr free before you pay and cancel in one click, subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, you were billed after cancelling, or charged twice — email support@contrqtr.com within 30 days of the charge and we’ll review it and make it right.

Disputes

If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us first at support@contrqtr.com. Most issues are resolved quickly once we can see the account. Reaching out to us is almost always faster than filing a dispute with your bank, and it lets us fix the underlying problem.
