Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Contrqtr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Contrqtr.

The service

Contrqtr is software for service businesses to create quotes and invoices, manage clients and jobs, and accept online payments. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; when you accept payments through Contrqtr, you also agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement, and funds from your customers are paid to you (not held by us).

Your account and acceptable use

You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the quotes, invoices, and business details you send to your customers. Don’t use Contrqtr to break the law, to send fraudulent invoices, or to abuse the service or its users.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown on our pricing page. A small platform fee may apply to online payments processed through the service; this is disclosed before you turn payments on. You can cancel anytime — see our cancellation and refund policies.

Promotions — free trial

From time to time we offer promotions, such as our free trial. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, these terms apply to the free trial:

  • The trial runs 14 days with full access and no credit card required to start.
  • One trial per business.
  • Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. If you don’t cancel and you add a payment method, your plan continues as a paid subscription.
  • We may change or end promotions at any time; changes don’t affect a trial already in progress.

Availability and legal restrictions

Contrqtr is intended for businesses in regions where our payment processor operates. You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, or export controls, and you agree to comply with all laws that apply to your business and your customers.
